[finnix] /etc/alternatives/nc not pointing to nc.openbsd

Hi!

/etc/alternatives/nc points to nc.traditional, but nc.openbsd is
installed.

This can easily be fixed by "update-alternatives --auto nc", but it
would be nice to just type "nc" in the next version.

And thanks for including "pv", this is very useful with "nc" and
moving large amounts of data, e.g. partitions.
