[finnix] new package request: pipeviewer, dd_rescue

This is a small utility that I find quite useful. I do a lot of hard drive
imaging and a progress bar is nice to have.

Also, dd_rescue, which I did see had been requested on the (defunct) forums.
Like dd, but will retry on errors, allowing you to image bad or failing hard
drives.
