Hello Fabian.  Balder was assembled from the FreeDOS 1.0 binary
release, copying (by hand) the methods used by the old FreeDOS ODIN
0.7 distro.  Therefore the source code is available on the
fdfullws.iso CD provided by FreeDOS.

But for that reason, I would recommend not packaging Balder.  I'm glad
you like it (as do I), but as a fellow Debian DM, I understand the
importance of clean licensing and ease of upstream maintenance.  Due
to the method of packaging Balder, it would be difficult to be able to
provide upstream support for it.  Sorry.
