[finnix] Automate script from menu

Hi

I am a newbie to linux and Finnix. I am on a steep learning curve!

I have made a bootable USB pen drive and can now use partimage to save and  
restore the partitions (and dd for the mbr)

I want to create syslinux menu options that will give me the choice of  
backing up or restoring as two separate menu entries (preferably more)?

Can I pass the finnix.sh script a value from the menu?

(I realise I can make the script ask the user which they want, but would  
prefer two separate menu entries).

If poss. can I do the changes within Windows as I am not that familiar with  
linux yet... ;-)
