[finnix] Replace ddrescue with gddrescue?

Hi,

I would like to suggest replacing the package apt://ddrescue with
apt://gddrescue , as the latter one, a GNU project, has similar
features, but is more advanced.

Apart from that, kudos for such a great distribution... it was actually
the only one I could get to work on one of my older machines (~1997).
